Slovenia Government needs to send an official letter to 'btcsi@coinsgov.org' to apply for transaferring ownership of the reserved coins. The letter should include a Slovenia Government controlled BTCSI address. After verified and coins transfered, the letter and the adddress will be published here.

Bitcoin Slovenia ("BTCSI") is a decentralized cryptocurrency with large percentage of mined coins reserved for Slovenia Government to claim and hold.
Based on Bitcoin Core, Bitcoin Slovenia has the same level of code security as Bitcoin.
